The Eaton Police Department is proud to serve the community of Eaton, Colorado. We are a 24-hour operation with officers on duty around the clock to assist you.

We’re located at 224 1st St. Our hours of operation include: 

Police Citizen Service Window (located in the lobby): 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday 

VIN Checks ($10 charge): 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday

For non-emergency calls 24 hours a day, residents should call (970) 454-2212. After 5:00 p.m. and on weekends and holidays your call will be answered by a Weld County Dispatcher, who will dispatch an Eaton Officer to assist you.

The Eaton Police Department has a 24hr video camera in front of the Police Department for all civil exchanges.  The zone is marked with a green sign and there is a dedicated parking spot painted with green lines.
